Any advisory or project work is subject to separate engagement terms, defined scope, fees, and jurisdictional limits.
Professional status
Unless expressly stated in a written engagement, techlawdesk.pro must not be understood as holding itself out as authorized to practice Japanese law. Where services involve Japanese legal matters, the operator will accurately state whether work is provided by Japanese attorneys, registered foreign lawyers, or non-lawyer consultants, consistent with the Attorneys Act, 弁護士法, and the Act on Special Measures concerning the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers.
Online requests and purchases
If you apply for or purchase consulting services online, additional transaction details, operator identification items, fees, payment timing, cancellation handling, and related terms may apply under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, 特定商取引に関する法律, and the Regulation for Enforcement of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
